« We had an amazing 8 night stay at Patrick’s place in Nice. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well appointed. Unlike a lot of places in Nice the air conditioning was phenomenal and brought welcome relief to the summer heat. And…the location can’t be beat. It is literally in the center of Place Massena, which makes it walking distance to explore everything in the city: the beach, Vieux Nice, Cours Seyla daily market, excellent restaurants and shops. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return. »

« What an amazing apartment. We have stayed in so many wonderful AirBnB properties but this has definitely been our favourite so far and we can’t wait to book again. The apartment itself is even more stunning than the photos – so many beautiful pieces of furniture and so much space (we were there as a family of 5, two adults and three children (aged 10, 7 and 5). There was a lovely welcome basket on arrival and fantastic facilities (Nespresso, excellent washing machine and tumble dryer etc.) and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The apartment overlooks Place Masséna which is a busy square right in the centre of Nice Old Town with a fantastic atmosphere. You can sit on the balcony all evening and watch the world go by. The location is brilliant – minutes away from the beach, the fountains (which our kids loved) and the bars and restaurants of the Old Town. We also used this as a base for exploring the Riviera and visited Monaco and Juan Les Pins, both of which were very easily accessible (by train and Uber). Cannot recommend this wonderful place enough! »

« Patrick est un hôte généreux à tout point de vue: disponibilité absolue, gestes d’attention personnalisés, mise à disposition de tout ce qu’il faut pour réussir un séjour confortable. Son appartement, parfaitement sécurisé, est sans doute le mieux placé de Nice. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. La pénombre est absolue lorsque les volets sont fermés, l’insonorisation est optimale. Les salles de bain sont luxeuses et parfaitement équipées. La cuisine permet de se sentir comme à la maison. Le salon/salle à manger donne sur la place Masséna, tout en étant parfaitement insonorisé. Là aussi l’ameublement est remarquable. Nous reviendrons ! »

« Beautiful, luxurious in the center of Nice. Steps away from the Old Town and the beach. Perfectly located for fun. The apartment is large and luxurious, it is furnished very comfortably and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the unusually hot weather outside. « This flat is absolutely amazing and I highly encourage you (whoever you are reading this) to book it! I stayed here with my seven year old daughter, parents, brother and sister in law over the Christmas holiday and it was simply an outstanding experience. Not only is the flat itself beautifully decorated, but the location – my goodness, if nothing else this alone is worth the price tag (which in fact is really quite reasonable when one considers the cost of a hotel in Nice for 6 people). You are right in the centre of everything here with incredibly easy access to the beach, town, transportation, shops – literally everything and anything. Moreover, communication with both Patrick and David was very good, which is always a benefit! Given the time of year, the flat had been fitted with little Christmas themed decorations, including a little Christmas tree. Despite the central location, it is not at all noisy as the doors onto the balcony are soundproof, but even with them open (as they were often so that my daughter could wave to people in Place Masséna – channeling the queen no doubt) it was surprisingly quiet; moreover, the bedrooms are situated towards the rear of the flat and there is absolutely no street noise. The only problem we faced during our stay was a dishwasher which refused to wash, but this is fairly minor and certainly not a reflection on the quality of the accommodation. »

« What a place. These pictures don’t do the justice of this place. The apartment manager David was sooo friendly and helpful and met us at the front of the building when we arrived. And the apartment was Recently renovated and beautifully done. He didn’t spare no expense with the place. It was very beautifully decorated and had lotta happy colors and lotta light. The place makes u happy Kitchen was well stocked. They thought of every bit of detail even to olive oil and and maple syrup.We were welcomed with a nice basket with nicknacks, a bottle of wine and Several bottles of Evian water, which is wonderful after a long day of travel. It felt soo at home. David went over every bit of detail before leaving. And this place was in the best location possible. It was in the middle of heart of Massena. (Very happening place in town) . All the best shopping around to Hermes and Channel and even Zara home. Balcony was a added treat in the evenings with a glass of wine and a bagguett. Great restaurants around and minutes from the beach. Our vacation to nice was soo much better because of this great place. If u rent this place u will not be disappointed . We have 3 young kids and they enjoyed running around the apartment and was able to watch Netflix to keep them busy when we wanted down time with a glass of wine. Did I mention that right down stairs in the same building was a grocery store? So if u had munchies late at night, u got not only restaurants but also a great grocery store. We will definitely be back to this place. Thank u Patrick and David for making our stay much more fun . Italian place we went to next was not near as great as your place . We already miss your gorgeous apartment . Really appreciate u letting us stay. »

« My family of 4 adults and one tween thoroughly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous apartment. It is in a great location, right in Nice’s pedestrian friendly main square, Place Masséna. Even though it’s in a pedestrian only zone, the building was easy to access. It had an elevator, making it easy to bring up the luggage and was very secure. There were many supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and all kinds of shopping stores nearby. The ocean and the Promenade des Anglais were also just a few walking minutes away, such that we felt we had the best of both worlds. The apartment was on the first floor and was incredibly luminous, with a beautiful view of the large plaza. It was modern, comfortable and stunningly decorated. We found everything we needed for a great stay, including that awesome air conditioning, great wifi, washer and dryer and a beautiful kitchen complete with a Nespresso machine (there is a Nespresso store in front of the apartment right across the plaza). All bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and I can’t stress enough how much I liked the decoration and how new and updated the apartment felt! David gave us a warm welcoming with a great bottle of wine and was always available to answer any questions we had. This was without a doubt my family’s favorite Airbnb rental, and we could not have wished for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this apartment!!!! »

« This apartment truly is 5 stars! We have stayed in many places around the world, and this one might be the best. Incredibly spacious and comfortable, newly renovated with every possible amenity, and in an amazing location in the Place Massena. It also included a private parking space in an underground garage right around the corner, which was very convenient. It was also very close to public transportation, with a tram line right outside the front door and several bus stops within 1-2 blocks. This was the ideal location for exploring Nice and the French Riviera. The apartment also had a balcony overlooking the square, which was a great place to sit and relax at the end of each day, and listen to people singing and playing various instruments. We could barely hear any noise in the apartment with the doors to the balcony and the windows shut, especially in the 3 bedrooms which are in the back. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope that it will still be available for our next trip to the South of France. Thank you Patrick!! »

« You are really in the middle of Nice between old town and new town. Nearly everything attraction is walking distance and if not there is a great public transport system. The appartment is fully equipped and if you miss something, Nathalie the home manager will help you out. So it was a great stay in a wonderful city! »

« I cannot say enough positive comments about this property. I can only raise one downside which was having to leave. The host Patrick and his property manager Nathalie could not be more accommodating both on arrival and during the stay. The photos do not do the apartment justice – the dimensions are far greater than they appear and the finishings and furnishings are exceptional. I have never stayed somewhere with such quality of equipment. The flow of movement throughout the property is very special. The location is perfect and although there is a parking space right on top of you is the best shopping, restaurants and beaches…. A very special treat in store for anyone lucky enough to book this place. »

« Very close to the Nice airport which after a delayed flight was hugely appreciated. Our host meet us at the Apartment (23.00hr) and was very welcoming. The location is superb. The property literally is right in the centre of it all. But don’t be put off, you don’t hear a thing at night and you can sip your wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. Had a fantastic week. Recommend taking a stroll down all the alley ways, as there is so much to see. »

« We spent 5 wonderful days at this beautiful apartment, and can’t say enough to highly recommend it. We were three couples and were very comfortable in this spacious apartment. It is very well located in the beautiful Place Massena, and we enjoyed our evening cocktails on the balcony overlooking the Place. The apartment is in easy walking distance of the beach, shopping, public transportation, great restaurants, and the quaint old part of the city. We had a car, so we were very grateful for the underground parking space. We absolutely loved Nice and loved this apartment. Thank you Nathalie, for taking great care of us. « This apartment is huge by French (or even US) standards and very comfortably furnished and equipped. The only thing we needed was more towels which were quickly supplied by the efficient Nathalie. The location is very central but not noisy as the Place Massena is largely a pedestrian space. Grocery shopping and great boulangerie are nearby and Nice is full of great restaurants. For anyone who is heat averse, this apartment is fully air conditioned making it very comfortable in warm weather. I would recommend this unit to anyone but it’s especially nice for a family or three couples traveling together. »

« This is a fabulous apartment. It is fully renovated, and very modern. The location is in the heart of the tourist area, an easy walking distance to all of the night life, beach and shopping. Lots of thoughtful touches from the mechanized blackout blinds for the bedrooms, the N’espresso machine, and the cart for carrying back groceries. It was great just to be on the balcony and watch the the scene on the Place Massena and listen to the street pianists. Parking is around the corner in an underground garage; tight but fine. The maid was waiting for us on arrival at the garage and was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend the unit. »

« We spent few days in Nice in this lovely appartment. The flat is perfect located in the main square. The bedrooms are so quiet that i could sleep for days! the kitchen is fully euipped and i could cook everything i wanted! beautiful bedrooms, incredible living and sitting room! « When you look for a vacation home location and amenities are very important … well this home has it all. The location was perfect for every adventure we took (Monaco, Eze and Cannes), it overlooks the life of the plaza, so you get every beautiful sound and smell of Nice, Old town and the market are around the corner, and the beach you can see it from the window. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for your stay. The owner was awesome to work with and Natalie can help you with anything you need.

« I have travelled a lot across the world, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment itself is huge and very very good. The facilities, furnishing, comforts, etc. offered in the apartment are outstanding. Patrick and Nathalie are very good hosts who were always there to answer any and all queries. Nathalie was very helpful and made sure that we were comfortable and felt at home. It was very nice of them to give a champagne amongst other things. They were very accommodating with our check in check out timings. The apartment itself is gorgeous. The bathrooms were splendid. The beds were huge and the kitchen was well equipped to host a family of 6 people. One of the few places that is better than most 5 star hotels and one that definitely should not be missed. A lot of good restaurants and the shopping area is nearby to the apartment. The view of the square is magnificent. The apartment is located centrally making it easy to access all of Nice. I would definitely recommend staying there. »

« Patrick’s flat is perfectly located for exploring Nizza, just at the Place Masséna and beside the « coulée verte », the beautiful green area in the town centre (ideal playground for children). « J’ai séjourné durant une semaine dans cet appartement de grand standing. Il offre une immense pièce de vie particulièrement lumineuse décorée avec raffinement ,une cuisine spacieuse de style très contemporain dotée d’un mobilier et équipement d’une qualité remarquable. Les chambres ayant chacune leurs caractéristiques offrent un confort de grande qualité.Chacune d’entre elles possède une salle de bains spacieuse équipée et décorée avec la plus grande attention. L’appartement est situé face à la superbe place Masséna très animée tout au long de la journée. Cette situation permet de se rendre facilement dans les rues piétonnes du centre ville avec un grand choix de magasins et de restaurants ,d’aller flaner sur la célèbre promenade des anglais toute proche et toujours très animée ,de s’offrir de d’agréables promenades dans les différents lieux animés de la ville. L’accès aux différents transports en commun (tramway,bus……) est également très aisé. J’ai beaucoup apprécié cette prestation de grande qualité en adéquation avec mes attentes. »

« Este apartamento está idealmenten situado para visitar Niza y disfrutar de todas las atracciones y comodidades de la ciudad. Situado en la Plaza Massena mismamente, la playa se encuentra a pocos minutos andando, tiene al lado la « coulée verte » que es una zona muy agradable para pasear e ir a jugar con los niños, y a pocos metros se accede por una parte a la zona peatonal con todos los restaurantes y lugares de alterne y por otra parte a la encantadora parte vieja de Niza. El apartamento en sí dispone de todas las comodidades, muy bonito, espacioso, muy bien equipado, cocina muy moderna y con camas y cuartos de baño fabulosos. Nos encantó el detalle de ser recibidos con una botelle de champán regalada por Patrick, el propietario. Nathalie, la persona que nos recibió a nuestra llegada, se mostró amabilísima, ocupándose de todos los detalles y respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en este apartamento, gracias de nuevo por todo Patrick y Nathalie! »

« We arrived quite late after a very long flight from Austalia. Mauro, Julian’s business partner was there to welcome us warmly and provide all information about the apartment and the area. He was very easy to contact if we needed him. Julian was himself on holiday when we arrived but everything was taken care of by Mauro. The apartment was everything we expected. The location is perfect in the centre of Nice with easy access to everything. The apartment is superb in every respect. It is very spacious with all modern appliances of the best quality. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms. Two of which have queen beds and the other has twin beds. For our family of 4 adults and one child this was ideal. We spent 2 weeks in Julian’s apartment and recommend it highly. We would definitely return if staying in Nice again. »

« We stayed at this fabulous apartment for 4 amazing days in Nice. This apartment is gorgeous . It is centrally located to all the sites that Nice has to offer. Walking distance to the train station, to the famous Cours Saleya, shopping, fabulous restaurants etc.. etc.
But the best part of the trip was our host Julien . He was so accommodating and so gracious. He went above and beyond… I even lost a piece of jewellery while we were there and his staff found it days later and had it delivered to me personally by a friend. I will never forget this wonderful act of kindness.. We will definitely book this apartment again.

« Fantastic apartment. Amazing location – we loved just sitting on the balcony watching all the activity in Massena Place. But surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed, and v peaceful in the bedrooms which are at the back. The fit-out of the apartment is superb. E.g. the showers are perhaps the best we’d ever experienced. The beds were v firm. The kitchen is v well equipped. Better than many 5* hotels we’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean. « Our time in this apartment made our trip to Nice a truly wonderful experience. Designer interior, rock star location you simply can’t get a better spot. The hosts are sincere and hospitable people that go beyond expectation. They knew we had a child so they went out and bought a bed for him! Juices milk etc was packed in the fridge with a warm welcoming. They asked several times if we required anything and were very helpful on where to eat and what to do. We will be back! »

« Palatial apartment, high ceilings, recently fully renovated with high end appliances, tasteful bathrooms and trendy furniture. Ideally situated 2 minutes walk from beach, between old town and new town. Lovely aspect and balcony. Julian gave a helpful orientation, he provided some essentials like olive oil, balsamic Nespresso pods and a bottle of wine. Julian was available throughout our stay, we didn’t need to contact him though because there were no issues. Excellent value for money compared to other airbnb apartments. Will stay here again when in Nice. »
